Winds out of the E, brown water and swell hovering in the 3ft range. Yep, more groundhog day fun. Head to the Bay where you’ll get some protection and improved water quality. TC Sandra is now moving ESE tracking towards New Caledonia and is expected to make a southerly turn into the swell window late in the weekend. It needs to come inside New Cal to produce any real swell. Right now though anything would be appreciated.
